By on May 4, 2012

Spanish thrash metallers ANGELUS APATRIDA are back with a new studio album entitled The Call, which is to be released digitally on May 8th in North America via Century Media Records. In anticipation of this release, the band’s own Guillermo Izquierdo (guitars/vocals) has posted a video clip explaining riff by riff how to play the album’s dynamic opening song “You Are Next”. Fans can watch the video here:
ANGELUS APATRIDA recently released a video for “You Are Next”, which was produced by directors Sara Cort and Adriana Lorente, who had also worked on the band’s previous video, “Blast Off”, from the album Clockwork. You can watch “You Are Next” here
The same creative team that worked on the band’s previous release, Clockwork, has teamed-up with them again for this new effort: it was once again recorded in Moita, Portugal at Ultrasound Studio with producer Daniel Cardoso (ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN, ANATHEMA, etc.) and the striking artwork was handled by Gustavo Sazes from Abstrata (ARCH ENEMY, KRISIUN, etc.). The track-listing for the album is below.

3. Violent Dawn
4. It’s Rising!
5. Blood On The Snow
