Ashland HIGH, the band featuring Trace Cyrus, formerly of the pop rock band Metro Station, has released his newest video “Highs and Lows.” You can check out the video on Perez Hilton or check it out on YouTube here! “Highs and Lows” is the newest single off of the bands debut album “Geronimo”, which had over 146k downloads within the first two days of its release. You can download the album for free here now! Trace has completed music videos for five tracks off the album, including “Sippin On Sunshine” directed by Nashville native and longtime friend, Tyler Davis, “Jealous Lover,” which had 143,000 views within the first 2 days of its premiere and three others “XTC“, “Satellite” and “Overload.”
Ashland High is currently in LA having just got off a nation wide summer tour with Forever The Sickest Kids following the release of “Geronimo.” Trace recently toured alongside Breathe Carolina and spent three days at the Bamboozle Festival in Asbury Park, NJ, performing and ppromoting his clothing line, “Southern Made Hollywood Paid,” AKA S.M.H.P.
Since Ashland HIGH’s formation in 2010, Trace has taken his musical experience and put everything he knows into his band. Consisting of pop, dub step, R&B and rock, this project put Trace behind all aspects of the production where he wrote the lyrics and sings all vocals.
Growing up in the south in a town outside of Nashville, Tennessee Trace moved to California when he was 16 years old but will also consider TN his home. Hollywood is where he met his band, started playing shows, and by the age of 17 had a record deal and a chance to tour the world. Music and fashion were always his two true passions in life and Hollywood really gave him the opportunity to meet the right people and allow him to live out his dreams.
