Autograf, a Mysterious New Future House Project Debuts with a Sultry and Deep take on ‘Magic Stick (ft. 50 Cent & Lil Kim)’

Various wood cut street art emerged around summer festivals this year such as North Coast Festival. They were made of a black board material in the silhouette of various animals such as a giraffe, bird or lion. Next to them was a basket full of chalk suggesting festival goers to draw on them. The only identifier on these silhouettes, oftentimes as large as 8ft tall, were the mysterious words ‘Autograf‘ etched in a cursive script.

What is ‘Autograf‘? Perhaps it’s the counter culture to EDM suggesting fans to toss aside the drugs and overly aggressive “rage” music that’s permeated the scene, and to instead create art by luring the hoards of festival ravers to instinctually draw when a blank canvas is presented to them.

Autograf emerges from behind the veil and releases their grooving debut song, a Future House track called ‘Magic Stick‘. It’s a sexy deep take on 50 Cent & Lil Kim’s classic song of the same title. There’s also word that they’re working on a remix for Deep House upstart Amtrac’s ‘Walkin‘ as their follow-up track.
