Berlin composer Nils Frahm, has announced a string of North American tour dates with English composerGreg Haines. Starting this week, the rare opportunity to see Nils in the states begins on May 6 lasting untilMay 13. Watch his intriguing performance of “Said and Done” at Haldern Pop Festival 2010.
Hailing from a classical background, today Frahm works as an accomplished composer and producer in Berlin. In 2008 he founded Durton Studio, where he has worked with L.A. composer Dustin O’ Halloranamongst other fellow musicians. Frahm‘s sound is simple and pristine, cultivating a tasteful blend ofmodern classical and electronica. His understanding of composition undoubtedly shines throughout his work and seeing it live is a special opportunity not worth missing!
