Bring Me The Horizon will tour this fall with A Day To Remember. Bring Me The Horizon will also play at all 3 Riot Fest dates in Toronto, Chicago, and Denver and at the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, KY on October 5. Information on the festival dates can be found at http://riotfest.org/ and http://www.louderthanlifefestival.com/.
The British group continues to see success with their 2013 Epitaph release, Sempiternal. Since debuting on the Billboard charts at #11, it has sold over 190k records in the US alone. Bring Me The Horizon captured the #19 spot on the Active Rock airplay chart with the single “Go To Hell, For Heaven’s Sake”. Additionally, “Sleepwalking” peaked at #13 on the Active Rock chart during their American Dream Tour this past spring. The band played to enthused crowds and packed rooms every night on the 8-week tour with 76k tickets sold.
As previously reported, Bring Me The Horizon received a nod from Revolver Golden God Awards in the nomination of Song of the Year for “Sleepwalking.” Now, Bring Me The Horizon has been nominated for the first ever Alternative Press Music Awards in the following categories: Album of the Year for Sempiternal, Artist of the Year, Best Vocalist (Oli Sykes), Song of the Year for “Shadow Moses”, and Best International Band. The award show is on July 21 in Cleveland, OH at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Music, hosted by Mark Hoppus. Votes are fan generated and can be submitted at: http://altpress.com/apmas.
Tickets go on pre-sale on June 10 at 3 PM EST; public on sale begins on Friday June 13 at 10 AM local time.
