Philadelphia, PA’s Cayetana joined the growing Tiny Engines roster earlier this year after releasing their highly-acclaimed Demo in late 2012. The demo is featured on If You Make It currently and is also available on cassette from Tapes Not Bombs. Also, in April the band recorded a studio session for WXPN’s The Key. You can stream/download the session HERE. The session includes two songs not included on the band’s original three song demo.

Cayetana continue to demo and write in preparation for recording their debut LP later this year for Tiny Engines. A 2014 release is scheduled for the album. The band recently recorded a new song, “Hot Dad Calendar”, for an upcoming music video, due out in the Fall. You can check out photos from the recording session on Jump Philly.

In support of all of this, Cayetana will head out on a string of August dates with their friends in Ma Jolie. It includes a stop at WMC Fest in Cleveland where the band will play with labelmates, Signals Midwest and Annabel.

Ma Jolie is re-releasing their debut, Compared To Giants, on vinyl with Gruff Beard Records. The band has new release scheduled for the Fall as well. More info coming soon.

Tour dates are listed below. Also, check the Tour Poster. And of note, Cayetana and Ma Jolie are both confirmed for The Fest in Gainesville, FL in October.
