Mayfly Records (Pianos Become The Teeth, Code Orange Kids) labelmates, Cerce (Boston, MA) and Pray For Teeth (Pittsburgh, PA), are set to embark on an US East Coast Tour starting tomorrow (1/4) in Cambridge, MA. You can scope all the dates/info here.
Boston based Punk/HC band Cerce joined the Mayfly family in August. Almost impossible to describe, the band plays a mixture of punk and hardcore with female vocals that are equally ferocious and sassy, reminiscent of the 90′s riot girl movement. Cerce will be releasing a 7″ and LP on Mayfly in 2013. You can check out their latest release, here.
Pittsburgh three-piece Pray for Teeth are the latest addition to the expanding Mayfly family. Featuring veterans of numerous Pittsburgh area bands, Pray For Teeth plays a unique mix of metal, ambient, punk and hardcore. Mayfly will be releasing the band’s debut LP in late summer/early fall 2013. Until then, you can stream the band’s upcoming 7″, here.
