Cheap Girls Release New Music Video For “Ruby”

By on February 8, 2012

Head on over to FILTER Magazine Online now to check out the new music video from Cheap Girls for their song “Ruby.” Directed by Travis John Dopp, the video for “Ruby” spotlights your typical man-meets-mannequin love story told within a wonderfully cluttered antique shop. Watch the video HERE.

Produced by Tom Gabel of Against Me! at the newly built Total Treble Studio just outside of St. Augustine, FL, Giant Orange, Cheap Girls’ new album, will be available in stores and online on Tuesday, February 21, through Rise Records. As the band’s third full-length release, Giant Orange marks the follow-up to the band’s highly regarded 2009 LP, My Roaring 20s, and is another big showcase of the band’s endearing guitar-rock that gloriously drips in ’90s nostalgia.

Cheap Girls will be beginning their upcoming headline tour of the U.S. on March 1 in Cleveland, OH, and will be performing as part of this year’s SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX, on March 16 and 17.
