Clubfeet Debuts “Heartbreak” VIdeo From New Album, Heirs & Graces

By on October 5, 2012

Clubfeet premiered their new music video for the incredibly catchy first single, “Heartbreak,” on Noisey this week.  The single is off the band’s new album, Heirs & Graces, set for release on January 22 via Plant Music / Illusive.  The video, directed by Darcy Prendergast and Josh Thomas for Oh Yeah Wow, features every fun 20-something’s dream; gorgeous weather, beautiful people, bikes, skateboards, dogs, partying and smoke sticks! WARNING: watching the video may lead to ditching the rest of the work day with your friends.

On “Heartbreak,” the band also enlists singer and Goldroom-collaborator, Chela, to the mix which furthers the playful and flirtatious call and response heard in the vocals.
“instantly charming, and at a time when so much middling synth-pop is floating around, that’s worth a lot.” – Pitchfork
“Clubfeet excel at soft rock re-imagined as synth-pop comfort food.” – SPIN
“Warning: may be addictive.” – Under The Radar
