The Twilight Sad
‘No One Can Ever Know – The Remixes’, featuring takes on cuts from The Twilight Sad’s acclaimed recent album ‘No One Can Ever Know’ by established acts such as Liars, Tom Furse from The Horrors and Com Truise, as well as reworkings by up and coming artists such as Warsnare and Ambassadeurs.

U.S. Girls
Meghan Remy’s brilliant fourth album, ‘GEM’, is her FatCat debut. Produced by Slim Twig and with a much more ‘band-driven’ sound, it retain’s U.S. Girls’ bold and unique musical vision, whilst showcasing an ‘improved’ fidelity and an emphasis on directly delivered and strikingly present vocals.

Following up Hauschka groundbreaking ‘Salon Des Amateurs’ release, comes this great collection of electronically-angled remixes commissioned from a selection of highly respected producers. Pitched between the dancefloor and the more experimental edges of electronica, the cast of remixers is largely drawn from fellow German artists, friends and FatCat allies.

Sylvain Chauveau

‘Simple’ is a selection of Brussels-based Frenchman Sylvain Chauveau’s works for cinema, composed between 1998-2010. A diverse, yet fully cohesive collection of out-of-print, rare, and unreleased tracks, the album spans stark / minimal electronic drones, processed guitar explorations, variously-sized Chamber pieces, spare solo piano, and two 40-piece string orchestra recordings.
