Folk-soul singer/songwriter Sam Burchfield announces the release of his new single, “She Got Your Love” off his debut EP Where To Run, out now. Channeling the heartfelt sounds of acts like Andy Grammar, ZZ Ward and Phillip Phillips, Burchfield impresses listeners young and old with his fervent vocals and hint of boyish charm.
Burchfield has been perfecting his talents for the past decade, playing coffee shops in his hometown of South Carolina before enrolling at the University of Georgia to further his career. He was sent to Hollywood by Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban on this past season of American Idol, and won the Campus Superstar competition last year, winning $5,000 to fund the recording of his debut EP.
Previously Burchfield has shared the stage with acts like St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Josh Garrels, and YouTube sensation Noah Guthrie. After the release of his EP, he garnered attention from multiple notable media outlets, including renowned college blog Good Music All Day and Folk Radio UK.
