Ivan & Alyosha’s debut album All The Times We Had will be released on February 26th via Missing Piece/Dualtone Music Group. Fans can stream the record in full for the next two weeks via NPR‘s First Listen. The Seattle four-piece will celebrate the release of All The Times We Had with a hometown show February 23rd at The Showbox. They take to the road this March for SXSW 2013 and spring tour dates with The Lone Bellow. Upcoming tour dates below.

In describing the album, NPR Music‘s Stephen Thompson writes: “It’s about time Ivan & Alyosha received due praise as a standard-bearer for the hyper-accessible, harmony-rich roots music: The band writes gorgeous, swelling, impeccably built songs about love and faith.”

Early praise is already rolling in for All The Times We Had. Esquire tipped the band as one of 15 to watch this year, and raved “the line for first great summer song of 2013 starts here,” about first single “Running For Cover”. Relix notes that “each tune packs a hefty lyrical punch while exploring timeless themes of faith, inner struggle and separation,” in what they deem “a promising debut.” Rolling Stone have praised the band’s “Smooth, soaring guitar pop… (as) if the Shins slowed it down a bit.”
