John StevensJohn Stevens Jr. is releasing his third studio album Brown’s Wonder—and is Partnering with St.Vincent/Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (Indianapolis)

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Indiana (September 16, 2014) Performing Songwriter, John Steven’s Jr., will be releasing his new album Brown’s Wonder and premiering his new music video, “She Loves Peyton Manning More Than Me” at his CD release Party at 7:00pm, Saturday, September, 20th at B2 Country Saloon in Brownsburg, Indiana.

The excitement about the new project has been building ever since Stevens received national attention with his (as he calls it) “little kitchen table video” he posted on his YouTube Channel back in January of this year—just two weeks before the Super Bowl. The little tongue-in-cheek tune about wives and girlfriends who love Peyton Manning more than their significant others was an internet sensation!

The video received nearly 10,000 views the first three days after it was posted. It also brought Stevens appearances on TV and radio stations from Denver, Indianapolis, Baltimore, and New York. He was also invited as a guest to perform his song on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show. The video received over 59,000 views in those 13 days leading up to the Super Bowl. New viewers continue to find the video—and to date it has received over 64,400 views.

As a result of the national attention, Stevens decided to record a studio version of his self-penned song, “She Loves Peyton Manning More Than Me” and include it on his new album Brown’s Wonder. It is a collection of seven songs that are a departure from today’s commercial cross-genre music styling to a more simplistic, traditional Country-feeling album with straight forward lyrics about life, love, good times and lessons learned. While having his writing hand in all the songs on the album, Stevens also chose to include two songs on the project he co-wrote with veteran, Nashville hit songwriter, Stan Webb. The Album was produced by Thomm Jutz and Recorded at TJ Tunes Studio in Nashville, Tennessee.

Along with the album, Stevens will be releasing a new music video of his first single, “She Loves Peyton Manning More Than Me”. The video will premiere at his CD release party and be available afterwards on his website,, and on Youtube.

Stevens is very excited to announce that he will be partnering with Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent-Indianapolis. John says, “It was just a natural fit since the hospital is a huge part of Peyton Manning’s legacy in Indianapolis—and one of his biggest charities. To be able to do something good for others with my music is a true blessing. I am honored to be able to give a portion of our proceeds back to them.
