KG Music Press New Radio Show and other Americana Music News

By on December 5, 2012

I will be joining In Traffik Radio (internet) with my own Americana show! I’ll be highlighting a lot of independent artists with a few old psychedelic and country songs thrown in for good measure. First show on Monday, December 17th, 2012 and will run Mon-Thurs from 11am to Noon! I don’t have my page up yet but I wanted to get the news out there. The show will be called “Town and Country Underground” and you’ll soon be able to find us at this link: http://www.intraffik.com/blog/intraffikradio/

If you’re reading this and you’re an independent Americana artist who would like to be heard please get in touch!

Last Friday, I drove with a friend to a high-kill animal shelter so we could rescue a beautiful Pit mix who had been scheduled to be euthanized. That was the EASY part. I am asking you to help us do the hard part. Hit the link below and see how you can be part of the “village” that will save Roxy and give her some comfort.
I wish we didn’t have to ask for this but we will need help with some vetting and have set up a fund. She needs to have a mass removed and skin conditions taken care of. (I think the vet bill was why she was dumped at the shelter.) If you all could spread the word, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
A lot of you have already donated and I can’t thank you enough! She’s a very well-behaved and loving dog who deserves this second chance! thegrandoleecho.com/donatetoroxy.cfm
