London-based artist Jasmine Thompson shares new video for ‘Great Escape’

London-based singer/songwriter, Jasmine Thompson has released the new video for “Great Escape,” a track from her recently released EP Adore. Jasmine told NYLON that “Great Escape’ is a song about having to leave someone behind when you’re going on an amazing adventure.” She continued, “This is very much inspired by my journey as an artist and having to leave friends and family members at home while I travel pursuing my career.” You can check out the video for “Great Escape” here:


The “Great Escape” video follows Jasmine’s previously released video for “Do It Now.” She said “The


series is inspired by the ups and downs of life.” Both “Great Escape” and “Do It Now” are featured on Jasmine’s recently released debut EP Adore, STREAM HERE.


Thompson has already proven a global phenomenon with over 450 million YouTube views and sales of her self-released material in excess of 1 million tracks worldwide. Jasmine was recently featured on Felix Jaehn’s “Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better)” remix that has over 110 million views on YouTube and topped #1 on the iTunes Chart in Germany.  Additionally, Jasmine was recently featured on Robin Schulz’s single “Sun Goes Down” which has over 125 million views on YouTube and reached Top 10 on iTunes in 13 countries as well as gold and platinum certifications in Europe, Australia and South America after Top 5 and Top 10 chart runs.
