Melodic-Post-Hardcore, 5-piece, High Rise, are set to release their debut EP, Tides Will Take You, on Monday 9th March, and available to purchase on iTunes.


Deciding to take the DIY route, High Rise, have created a record full of high energy, heartfelt lyrics and an evenly balanced mix of Melodic Metalcore and Post-Hardcore, exciting your senses from start to finish. Tides Will Take You, initially throughout is a mixture of high’s and low’s, as it’s talks about overcoming obstacles that get in the way of the direction your supposed to be going in.


High Rise are heading out on the road in February to promote their forthcoming EP.

High Rise are a five piece Melodic Metalcore/Post-Hardcore band from South West London, formed in 2011 with an early backlog of fifty shows in the first four months and a sold out headline show in the first month, We then took an indefinite hiatus in 2012. Now High Rise are back and ready to take it to the next level in 2014, armed with a new line-up, High Rise are set and ready to play around the UK, Europe and more.


The band is formed from Jovic Staddon (Vocals) Ryan Beckett (Bass) Tom Thain (Guitar) Ricky Gurung (Guitar) and Sam Christou. Since coming back High Rise have been up and down the UK playing shows far and wide. Taking time off to write there upcoming EP ‘Tides will take you’ Due out on the Monday 9th March.


High Rise have so much energy and will make sure the crowd enjoy there night. High Rise also make sure the crowd gets involved and has a laugh with the lead vocalist Jovic. He will make sure he gives everyone attention into the show to make every person in the crowd feel like they are part of the show. Surely not to be missed.
