This year’s festival will also feature two Monster Energy main stages, a second stage, and a local emerging artists stage. Artists performing on the emerging artists stage will be chosen via the first annual Rockville Rumble. This local Battle Of The Bands is hosted by Jacksonville’s Jack Rabbits nightclub. During a series of “rumbles” at the club, bands are judged on their musicianship, stage presence, originality, and songwriting. The top eight finalists will have the opportunity to play the emerging artists stage at Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville on either Saturday, April 27 or Sunday, April 28, 2013. Band point standings can be found on Jack Rabbits’ Facebook page: www.facebook.com/JackRabbitsLive.
