Nightmare Of You and Nightmares For A Week Stream New Songs from Split EP, Launch Pre-orders

By on October 9, 2012

Nightmare Of You and Nightmares For A Week are both streaming one brand-new song each today on AbsolutePunk.net. The songs come from a split EP that the two bands will be putting out together via Paper + Plastick Records. Dubbed the Nightmares split, the release will be available digitally on Halloween. Preorders are available now in the Paper + Plastick Records webstore for both digital and 7″ vinyl.

The new Nightmare Of You song, “Box of Hops,” continues along the road the band started back in the mid-2000s with an innovative, fresh take on indie pop-rock. The group released a couple of singles this year after being away for a few years, and the Nightmares split is their first release with a label since 2009.

Nightmares For A Week brings a punk edge to their half of the Nightmares split, and “Mr. Grimm” shows the markings of a raw core sound that features a heavy dose of melody to make the songs easy to listen to.
