NYHC outfit, On The Offense, has posted two new tracks, “We’re All Good” and “Four Hundred List,” for streaming on the band’s ReverbNation page: http://www.reverbnation.com/ontheoffense. Both songs come from the band’s upcoming debut album, Frontline, out April 9 on Dead City Records.
Said vocalist Sean Finley, “These are two songs that go over huge when we play them live, and the fans really dig ’em. So it’s cool to actually get them recorded for everyone to hear. I think they’re a good intro to what we’ve got on the album, and what we are all about…no flash, no technical wizardry, no crazy over produced bulls**t or over complication… just straight up NYHC.”
Frontline will be available for download through most digital outlets on April 9, with a limited number of physical CDs available via the Dead City web-store.
Added Finley, “I have been in this since 1986, and I have been in a lot of hardcore bands. It took this long to click with the right guys to get it done. Collectively this record spans 20-plus years of growing up in NYHC without rehashing the same old same old, or reducing NYHC to a novelty. There ain’t no games or motives or disguises about it. Listen to the record, and that’s what and who we are…NYHC for life.”
On The Offense will celebrate the release of Frontline with an appearance on East Village Radio’s “Black ‘N Blue Takeover” on April 9 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM ET. Head over to: http://www.eastvillageradio.com/shows/blackandbluetakeover/ for more information

Frontline was recorded last year at Kray Studios with longtime friend, Johnny Kray (The Krays).
Everyone in On The Offense was born, raised, and reside in New York City, and embody what New York Hardcore is all about – fast riffs, catchy beats and intense lyrics. For the band members, it’s more than just music, it is a way of life. It’s not about image, trends, gimmicks, or egos.
