It was a beautiful Wednesday evening as I watched the crowds of fans come driving into the parking lot with head banging music blaring. I knew it was going to be one wild night. I quickly gathered my gear and hurried into the venue.  As the crowd gathered at the front barrier of the stage the growing energy can be felt as the stage goes quite and the band enters the stage. First up “Motionless in White” formed in 2005 in Scranton, PA. Coming out strong with “Break the Cycle” and “Devil’s Night” ramped up the energy. Watch this growing monster of a band.  With the crowd ready for more next up “Bullet for my Valentine” playing crowd favorites like “You want a Battle? Here’s a War” and “Army of Noise”. Kept energy of the crowd going. Next on the roster “Lamb of God” enters the stage and the crowd goes nuts! Opening up with “Walk with Me in Hell” and “Now you’ve got something to die for” its just utter chaos. Horns up in the air waving like you just don’t care. Head thrashing metal chicks screaming out as they sing along.  Always a delight to watch Lamb of God.  With the high energy in the air it felt like the stage was going to combust as the curtain fell and Slipknot’s elaborate stage was presented to the fans who shouted out with delight. Opening up the gates of Hell with “Sarcastrophe”, “The Heretic Anthem” and “Psychosocial” what a blazing and amazing performance Corey and his army put on with heavy riffs and piercing vocals. The stage pyrotechnics will heat up the air and make you feel like you’re in the depths of hell. This is one tour you don’t want to miss out on.
