Rage On Stage Management Expands
To Fill PR Void For Bands

California based music management company, Rage On Stage Management (ROSM), www.reverbnation.com/label/rageonstagemanagement has been on an impressive climb in success and notoriety in the world of band management since its inception and, with the most recent announcement of its expanded services, it’s safe to say that ROSM is about to make the competition sit up and take notice once again.

Founded by Frank James, the ROSM vision was to take his experience in modern music management and combine it with what has been all but lost in the industry; including that of personalized management to increase success in individual and artistic development, all in-house services to keep cost to bands at a minimum and a small but extremely effective team working one-on-one with and for the bands in order to keep a family-like feel. It was in the fall of 2011 when James recognized that having a public relations company under the ROSM umbrella would greatly enhance this vision and immediately created Blast Media Promotions along with Adyson Hayward (BMP President), whom has been working solely for bands under ROSM. This teaming up has benefited everyone involved, which has garnered a tremendous amount of recognition and respect from the industry.

Even though one of the primary concepts of ROSM is to incorporate the best parts of doing things old school, that certainly doesn’t keep James and his team behind the times when it comes to the ever changing needs for today’s bands, whether based in the US or abroad. Keeping a finger on the pulse of what a venue wants, what a band needs and what it takes for everyone to be successful is James’ job … but it’s also his passion and talent.  To this end he announced recently a business expansion that is already creating a frenzy of activity from bands, especially those outside the US that want to reach this market affordably.

“We recognize that not all bands desire management or, what is more commonly the case, bands just aren’t at a place where all members are on board where successful  management will take them; but every band needs quality and effective public relations, which is why I have expanded ROSM services to include offering bands the opportunity of PR only. These bands, although not under our management roster, will greatly benefit from our combined experiences, our networks and of course our amazing PR talent” said Frank James.
