Rammstein release new single version of “Mein Herz Brennt”

RAMMSTEIN release a six-track digital single of “Mein Herz Brennt” – a track from the band’s 2001 release, Mutter. The single package is available exclusively on iTunes and includes a digital booklet along with the previously unreleased track, “Gib Mir Deine Augen.” The single release is in celebration of the upcoming DVD collection detailed below.


Two new videos for the single have been filmed which fans can purchase on iTunes. A piano version of “Mein Herz Brennt” debuted online last week (http://www.rammstein.de/en/news/single-mein-herz-brennt-videokollektion/) and will be available on iTunes shortly. The explicit video version debuts on http://www.mein-herz-brennt.com/ Friday, December 14 and will be available for purchase on iTunes December 18.


Rammsetin recently announced the January 15, 2013 release of VIDEOS 1995-2012 on standard DVD and Blu-ray.  The collection includes the legendary German band’s complete music video catalog along with two new videos for “Mein Herz Brennt.”  Fans can now pre-order both the DVD and Blu-ray through Amazon.com: http://www.smarturl.it/rammsteindvd


The set contains over seven hours of material featuring 25 music videos,  24 behind-the-scenes clips of the making-of-the-videos and a 56-page booklet. Available on three DVDs or two Blu-rays, the collection will be released through the band’s marketing and distrubiton deal with Density Records in the US.


Rammstein released Made in Germany, their greatest hits album, last December and the Berlin-based six piece have been performing extensively around the world.  Rammstein keep up the pace in 2013 with several European festivals already confirmed.
