The Ramona Flowers have just released their stunning new video for ‘Skies Turn Gold.  Directed by Fx Goby the visual is inspired by the lyric in the song “don’t wake me up from this.” Creative Director Tom Bird explains, “This video is about embracing what we are or what we can be, the notion that there are hidden characters within us, bright creatures that are waiting for the right moment to come out and shine.”  Watch the video here.

The UK-based five-piece The Ramona Flowers, recently announced their stateside live debut supporting The Heavy this fall. They are just off several support dates to The Stereophonics abroad as well as recent festivals, The Great Escape and Smoked and Uncut. All upcoming dates below.

Part Time Spies, the band’s sophomore album is out September 9th via Distiller Records. It is an album surging with human warmth, with songs regarding the things that make life tick: death, rising rents, narcissism, broken relationships, selfies, the end of privacy, drunken nights out and hung over mornings in.

The band have revealed two album tracks to-date, the aforementioned, ‘Skies Turn Gold’ as well as ‘Dirty World,’ a synth-infused, 80s-inspired romp that also features  a visually charged video

Co-produced alongside Friendly Fires and Passion Pit collaborator Chris Zane. The record was recorded in late 2015 at The Distillery Studios in Bath, UK.  Check out the video here.

The Ramona Flowers are: Steve Bird (vocals), Sam James (guitar), Wayne Jones (bass), Dave Betts (keyboards, guitar), Ed Gallimore (drums).

Part Time Spies is out September 9, 2016. Pre-order the album now and get ‘Skies Turn Gold’ and ‘Dirty World’ as instant downloads.
