Last week, Roger Sanchez launched the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of his darker-musical persona S-Man with a special release collection of his new single, ‘Dangerous Thoughts’ on his brand new imprint, UNDR THE RADR. Out April 28th via Beatport, the collection features the original and dub mix of the track, alongside remixes from Amine Edge & Dance, and Man Without A Clue. Previously exclusively reserved only for the deeper, more underground clubs he’d perform at, S-Man was officially debuted by Roger in 1994 when he released ‘Time 2 Stop’ on famous UK house label, Hard Times.

Described as “a hot bed of solid grooves” and “infectious” by Dancing Astronaut, ‘Dangerous Thoughts’ is not simply a track, but the next step of a journey that Roger started back in 2013.

Scheduled to perform early morning sets on Ibiza’s legendary Space Terrace, Sanchez used this unique environment to begin experimenting with his musical craft in all new ways.

S-Man will be playing it deeper and darker as he sets sights on a new round of U.S. summer tour dates, kicking off June 6th at Chicago’s famous Spy Bar, and making stops in Montreal, Miami, Toronto, Tampa, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston.

‘Dangerous Thoughts’ has already been championed by Mark Knight, Dubfire, Aeroplane, Groove Armada, Huxley, Tensnake, Steve Aoki & more, and certainly sets the bar high for what we can expect from him and UNDR THE RADR this year.

ABOUT UNDR THE RADR

The owner of record label STEALTH, Roger temporarily shut the label down after the My Roots release. While he plans to re-launch the label towards the end of 2014 (or early 2015), the musical direction of STEALTH no longer reflects where Sanchez is at the current moment, thus leading to the birth of UNDR THE RADR. UTR will only feature releases from his darker-alias, S-Man, as he continues his exploration into the underground depths of house music.
