The Wall Street Journal proclaimed, “Mr. Rowe’s ringing baritone is as timeless as his approach, recalling the ecstatic intensity of late-’60s Van Morrison and stark subtlety of late-era Johnny Cash.” On The Salesman and the Shark, Rowe delivers a work that brilliantly reconfigures classic sounds in support of his intensely observational lyrics and remarkable and ever evolving vocals.
