Sevag Remix “Reload” by Sebastian Ingrosso, Tommy Trash, feat. John Martin

By on August 28, 2013

In an explosion of sound and electronic flair, Sevag has taken one of the year’s most played and talked about tracks and made it into his own personal dance floor destroyer.

His eclectic style and taste is very evident in this particular remix. A strong ominous kick and snare do a great job getting the track started and quickly give way to the spine-tingling John Martin vocals that made the original track. As the familiar lyrics “This is Freedom, that’s what we are made of..” loop in, listeners are treated to the intricate type of unexpected and festival-worthy drop that fans of Sevag have come to know and love him for.

To say that this track is massive would be a serious understatement. It’s never easy to follow in the footsteps of producers like Sebastian Ingrosso and Tommy Trash. So why follow? With this free download of Reload (Sevag Area-201 Remix), Sevag has once again proven that with his distinct style and sound, he proudly blazes his own path forward.

Determination, musicality, and passion are a few of the necessary qualities to become a successful musician. When referring to the young Armenian DJ/producer Sevag, these three words have been used to describe him long before he entered the DJ booth. From learning the piano at the age of 5 to listening to his first Jonathan Peters mix CD as an 11 year old, Sevag has been destined to show the world his musical talents well before he even knew it. Influenced by dance legends such as Peter Rauhofer, Junior Vasquez, Jonathan Peters, Erick Morillo and Roger Sanchez, this young Jersey product started his journey to DJ glory at the ripe age of 20. After buying his first pair of CDJs, it only took one year of relentless dedication before this up and comer went from playing frat parties to prime NYC hot spots.

Now, several years later, Sevag has graced most major DJ booths within the tri-state while also playing alongside a number of EDM’s top talent. Recently the young DJ/producer has played with A-Lister DJs such as; Avicii, Markus Schulz, Roger Sanchez, Chuckie, Nervo, Thomas Gold, Max Vangeli, Cedric Gervais, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Deniz Koyu, Gregori Klosman, Mikael Weermets, Fehrplay, Chus & Ceballos, The Martinez Brothers and dBerrie to name a few. With this upcoming year being dedicated to working in the studio, make sure to be on the lookout for the young Sevag as he is poised for a major breakthrough.
