Stream the new EP from Tera Ferna “Eyes Of The Sun”

By on June 27, 2013

Tera Ferna is rock and soul music. A multicultural and passionate sound stemming from roots of remarkable talent. Five artists creating music for music’s sake, investing daily.

Each member contributes a distinctive style that is key to the group’s harmony. The result is a blend of traditional song structures with thrilling transitions into the new age.

Musically, the band is rock-and-roll blues with acoustic folk notes riding alongside funky, jazz-inspired bass lines. Classical piano parts polish the melodies and rhythms. A smooth and steady R&B pulse keeps the band tight as the raw power of the electric guitar shreds like a modern version of the old-school rock-star.

Tera Ferna’s journey started with the release of their Eyes of the Sun EP in late 2012. The album opens like an ole Western style gunfight between sinner and creator. The next song, “Before We Go Crazy,” is a pop-rock tune with charming lyrics and unforgettable melodies. It later became the band’s first music video. Track three is heavy and rock-driven, but the experience will embrace anyone who likes some kind of music. Unexpectedly, the mood gets intimate with a slow jam that is intoxicating to the senses. Tera Ferna, ultimately, looks to the horizon in the title track knowing that home is calling from the “Eyes of the Sun.”

The entire effect is spiritual and alluring, novel in music form.

Matt Charles – Singer/Songwriter/Guitar

James “Jolly” Perez – Lead Guitar
