Sydney-based indie electro outfit Motioner release remix to latest single ‘Future Drunk’

By on July 6, 2015

Sydney-based indie/electro outfit MOTIONER has just released a stunning remix to latest single Future Drunk’, as well as securing support slot with Dead Letter Circus at the Newtown Social Club.

MOTIONER recently collaborated with producer Klue to conceive the ‘Future Drunk’ remix, which was premiered via Tone Deaf and highlights the artist’s diverse talents.

MOTIONER crosses ambient and alternative rock with atypical rhythms to produce an entrancing brand of music, laden with melodic & textural aesthetics.

MOTIONER is the alias of Sydney songwriter Rowan Cane, who has been writing and performing locally and abroad over the past several years.

Cane teamed up with producer Stevie Knight and mix engineer Dax Liniere (SleepmakeswavesMeniscus) to record his debut album, which will be released later in 2015.

MOTIONER has already released the debut single ‘Desire Dies’, which has scored radio play across Australia and aboard. Single ‘Shapeshifter’ has been picked up for rotation on Triple J Unearthed, and has received stellar reviews since it’s release via Unearthed.

Future Drunk’ is available for free download via BandCamp.
