The Aston Shuffle is the producer/DJ duo, Mikah Freeman and Vance Musgrove, from Sydney, Australia.  After starting their radio show, Friday Night Shuffle, on ABC’s Triple J they soon became household names.  The Aston Shuffle released its debut single, “For Everyone,” in 2007 through Ministry of Sound’s Hussle Records.  Their second single, “Stomp Your Shoes” featuring Tommie Sunshine, came out later that year, as did their first compilation album for Ministry of Sound Australia, Mash Four, which was followed by many more celebrated compilations through Ministry.  More recently, the guys have remixed for DFA, Malente, Grafton Primary, Kissy Sell Out, and many more.  They released their debut full length album, Seventeen Past Midnight, last year via Ministry.
As club DJs and radio hosts, the duo has been huge supporters of Plant Music, so when Plant was offered the chance to release The Aston Shuffle’s new single, the infectious “Won’t Get Lost,” the New York label jumped on it.
On the “Won’t Get Lost” EP, out May 22 via Plant Music, remixes are provided by Solo, Flume, 69 Bulls, Swick and Rufus, taking this catchy pop song to the club.  Check the links below for a full stream of the EP as well as the music video for “Won’t Get Lost.”
