Acclaimed Athens, GA trio The Whigs will return to Jimmy Kimmel Live this Wednesday, October 24th, in support of their new album Enjoy The Company. Spotlighted by Rolling Stone, The Wall Street Journal, GQ, Guitar Player, Playboy and countless others, Enjoy The Company delivers an exciting collection of driving rock songs Paste Magazine calls “booming interstate anthems” that make Esquire confidently say “we’d stand on Dave Grohl’s coffee table and say Julian Dorio is the best drummer in rock ‘n’ roll. ‘Waiting’ is Exhibit A.”
Watch The Whigs perform new song “Waiting” on The Late Show with David Letterman.
The Whigs are currently on a 3-month North American headlining tour that included a performance at this year’s Austin City Limits. Watch their ACL performance of new song “Gospel” here:
MTV recently premiered the Danny Clinch directed video for “Waiting.” A video MTV spotlights for it’s performance, “frontman Parker Gispert dives into his guitar solo like Neil Young auditioning for The Who, while his bandmates deliver a barely restrained rhythm section.” Check it out here:
