UK’s TOURIST, the recent signing to the UK duo Disclosure’s label Method Records will release his brand new EP later this year. The new collection, self-produced by William Phillips, features the track “Stay”, which was revealed last week HERE

Today, besides announcing the American live shows, you can see an intriguing piano version of the track “I Have No Fear” from his latest Tonight EP HERE.

TOURIST’s live dates kick off October 18th at New York’s CMJ Festival and he’ll will join Duke Dumont, Tensnake and Simian Mobile Disco for some of the American shows through the start of November. Besides American and Canadian festivals such as HARD Day Of The Dead, Mountain Oasis, etc. He will also perform live as part of the Warehouse Project on November 22nd in Manchester, which is curated by the label bosses Disclosure (see below for full itinerary).

You can see a live registration of TOURIST’s live show at Boiler Room TV HERE.

Recent praise for TOURIST:

“…the results are atmospheric, with smartly executed, minimalist bits of percussion. William Phillips’ production emphasizes moments of silence. Portions of the song drop out completely, highlighting the force and terror of the lyrics. The song’s vocal sample sings, “I don’t have no fear,” like an affirmation– or, perhaps, a cry to mask the vulnerability in such a statement.” – Pitchfork

“Moving carefully away from the more up-tempo, dance-floor outings we have become accustomed to, the London producer utilises a slow-burning, emotive vocal sample alongside a wash of breathy, gentle layers. You are kept on your toes though, as the somewhat unexpected bass drop arrives delivering an added punch, before a bouncing synth joins the late-night party.” – The Line Of Best Fit

“Tourist is geared to bring his charismatic yet melancholic sound to prominent places in the near future..” – Gotta Dance Dirty
