The outspoken and in-your-face 5-piece from Louisville known as Uh Huh Baby Yeah! – also dubbed UHBY! – have released their buzzing EP Trash Talk via Streaker Records/Little Heart Recordstoday exclusively with AOL MUSIC. The 6-track EP tackles heartache, divorce, revenge, and re-awakening, something different from previous UHBY! releases. The first single off Trash Talk (released October 31, 2012), “Dead Friends” tackled the departure of their guitarist and bass player head on. Pronouncing all of your friends are “dead” isn’t something one would take lightly. But, the boys in UHBY! made a joke of it by releasing the music video on Halloween at their local Zombie Walk. Check out the “Dead Friends” music video here: http://bit.ly/Sy6OCA. Their follow up single, “Dances With Wolves” is a favorite for Under The Run Review stating “The track has a stupidly catchy chorus that explodes in the listeners’ ears, while the bridge of the song mirrors aggression.” (Music video coming soon).

“This band is not on a mission to redefine the genre, but they definitely managed to put their own spin on it and make it their own.” – Mind Equals Blown

“Uh-huh Baby Yeah! hit the mark with Trash Talk, embracing emotions often overlooked and underutilized by other artists.” – Infectious Magazine

In 2012, UHBY! released their debut album, Till Death (Do Us Party). Sean Smith (Drums) expands on this new direction: “There were two ways this next set of tunes could go, we could essentially make Till Death (Do Us Party) part 2, or we could take elements we enjoyed from it and utilize our experiences to make a more mature, well rounded album. We chose the latter.”

Fans of The Audition, Head Automatica and Panic! at the Disco will find a quick taste for UHBY!’s energy and vocal melodies in the new EP Trash Talk (see track listing below).
