Vance Joy releases video for intimate live performance of ‘My Kind Of Man’

Vance Joy releases a video featuring a live intimate performance of a new song titled “My Kind Of Man” from his forthcoming album Dream Your Life Away (due Sept. 9).


The video for “My Kind Of Man” was filmed in Melbourne at Flinders Street Ballroom, a beautiful old venue that was once used for dances and social events in the 1930s. The ballroom sits above an old train station and provides a gorgeous backdrop for Vance Joy and his acoustic guitar.

Vance Joy will perform in Chicago twice this week for Lollapalooza.

Friday night 8/1 at the House of Blues at 11:00pm.

Saturday 8/2 on the Bud Light Stage at 1:00pm.

Later this fall, Vance Joy will embark on his first US headlining tour, which kicks off October 17th.

October 28 – NYC  – Webster Hall

November 28 – LA  – The Fonda Theatre
