WE CAME AS ROMANS ON COVER OF ALTERNATIVE PRESS MAGAZINE

‘100 BANDS YOU NEED TO KNOW’ ISSUE
AVAILABLE IN STORES MARCH 6

Alternative Press Magazine has revealed the cover for their annual ‘100 Bands You Need To Know’ issue, which features Equal Vision Records’ We Came As Romans.
The issue, AP 285, is available for pre-order through MerchNOW as part of an exclusive bundle. Individual issues, as well as digital and print subscriptions to the magazine, are available for pre-order through Alternative PressOfficial Web Store.
We Came As Romans formed in 2005 and is comprised of Joshua Moore (lyrics/guitar), David Stephens (vocals), Kyle Pavone (vocals), Andrew Glass (bass), Lou Cotton (guitar) and Eric Choi (drums). The Detroit, MI natives have released two full-length albums on Equal Vision Records. Their debut full-length, To Plant A Seed (2009), has sold over 85k copies to date, while their latest release, Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be (2011), debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard Current Top 200 Chart and has already sold approximately 50k copies to date in the United States alone.
The band just recently returned from a co-headlining European tour and will next travel to Japan to perform at Scream Out Fest. This Spring, the sextet will venture out on The Fire and Ice Tour, a full-US headliner, with support from Emmure, blessthefall, Woe, Is Me, and The Color Morale. We Came As Romans are also set to perform on the main stage at The Bamboozle on May 18th in Asbury Park, NJ; followed by their first ever South American run, where they will tour with Underoath, Protest The Hero and Close Your Eyes.
Earlier this month, We Came As Romans premiered the final music video in a three-part series, for songs off of Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be including “Mis//Understanding”, “Just Keep Breathing”, and the album’s title track. The trio of videos, directed by Travis Kopach [AFI, 3OH!3, Panic! At The Disco], can be viewed HERE.
Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be is available in stores (Target, Best Buy, Hot Topic, independent retailers and more), and online (iTunes, Amazon, MerchNOW and more) and has also been released internationally in Europe, Russia, and South Africa (via Nuclear Blast), New Zealand and Australia (via We Are Unified), and Japan (via Triple Vision).
